About
The BYU Education Society is building a network of BYU education alumni and friends to address literacy needs around the world. We are serving our Heavenly Father’s children, helping them improve their ability to read. We are accomplishing this through serving as Church Service Missionaries, participating in the Relief Society General Presidency's global initiative for women and children.
The BYU Education Society is an affinity group within the BYU Alumni Association, emphasizing literacy, learning, and connection. Our primary goal is to address literacy needs locally and around the world through service opportunities and projects.

It is through literacy that we come to known God and Jesus Christ
